You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any interactive features of the Platform. Where the operator's licence jurisdiction mandates a higher minimum age, that higher minimum applies. aapk3x operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage access. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under the applicable minimum age, we will suspend or close that account immediately without notice and without liability to return any funds or data associated with it.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aapk3x will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your account. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Submitting false or misleading information — including a false date of birth or fictitious address in cities such as Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page. aapk3x also reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, is suspected of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity, or that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
Subject to these Terms, aapk3x grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination and referral to relevant authorities:

Where changes are considered material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, dispute resolution processes or liability provisions — we will post a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notify registered Users via their registered contact details.
